Steps for Registration

1. Company Name:  Provide the desired name of the company. Ensure it complies with the naming guidelines set by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

2. Type of Company:  Specify the type of company, such as Private Limited Company, Public Limited Company, One Person Company (OPC), etc.

3. Registered Office Address:  Provide the complete address of the registered office, including city, state, and pin code.

4. Directors/Shareholders Details:

Add details for additional directors as required.

5. Shareholding Pattern:

  – Percentage of Shareholding

6. Memorandum of Association (MoA) and Articles of Association (AoA):

The MoA and AoA documents will be drafted as per the guidelines provided by the Companies Act, 2013.

8. Paid-up Capital: Specify the paid-up capital of the company.

9. PAN Card of Directors:  Attach PAN card copies of all directors.

10. Identity Proof of Directors:  Attach identity proof documents (such as Aadhaar card, Passport, etc.) of all directors.

11. Address Proof of Directors:  Attach address proof documents (such as Aadhaar card, Passport, Utility bill, etc.) of all directors.

12. Other Documents:  Include any other necessary documents as per the requirements of the Registrar of Companies (RoC).
